Shipping Timeline

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number.

Please note: weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been handed off to USPS, it is no longer under our control.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Final Sale Policy

All wig sales are final. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Product Condition

Wigs are either brand new or gently worn for content creation purposes and thoroughly cleaned.

Each listing includes clear details about condition, customization, and original packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
